Apple's diagnosable nuttery

The claim that people would be confused by the AMAZON Appstore, which is installed by requesting it from AMAZON'S website and requires you to sign in with an AMAZON account and sells ANDROID apps, and think it is an Apple service, is insane. 100 percent looney bin material.
Agreed. I also assume by "resolve the issue" they mean "bend to Apple's will" as there isn't any middle ground here. Either Amazon keeps their "Appstore" and this goes to court, or Amazon changes the name of their store and Apple wins without a tria...
Obviously you don't understand. Apple created the appstore name. Why would Amazon want to use the exact same name as Apple? Because of how profitable it is. Amazon totally ripped off the name and they should have to pay Apple.

I am currently planning some extravagant entrepreneurial endeavors myself. I am going to open several stores that serve different markets. I am going to call the first on the "Book Store". Next I will open the "Shoe Store". If those are successful, I plan to open the "Grocery Store", the "Pharmacy", the "Super Store", and finally the "Shopping Mall". Other experimental ideas that could come to market are the "Hardware Store", the "Coffee Shop", the "Jewelry Store", the "Electronics Store", and the "Restaurant". I will of course be spending most of my investments on bribing officials so I can secure the rights to these names and paying a legal team to sue every business on the planet. In a couple months I will be the richest human being on Ea...
